How will Stadia Pro work for a family? Can I share it or not? (i.e. How a family plan would work for Stadia Pro subscribers has still yet to be answered in the FAQ: Now Stadia is capable of streaming two sessions to the same client and allowing a pseudo local split screen. Gearbox could take the same approach with Stadia and just omit split screen.

When even games like Halo were abandoning couch play in exchange for purely online multiplayer, things looked grim indeed, but that might have been a simple case of the underpowered previous generation of hardware rearing its ugly head yet again. The OnLive version of Borderlands was a port of the PC version so it lacked local multiplayer. Or, there needs to be a monthly family plan. The return of split-screen multiplayer to Borderlands 3 on the current wave of platforms gives hope that the feature was prematurely declared dead in recent times. I’ve tried to disable controller inputs on the top screen and use KBM on top on Xbox controller on the bottom but it still only will recognize one of the inputs and whatever I do on one screen it does on the other including moving both characters, shooting, etc if I can.
IF Google cannot freely give this as I have it on XBOX, they should have a one-time, per game, multi-simultaneous-user, same-home pricing mechanism. I cannot get this to work for the life of me, it will only recognize one input, either only the controller or only KBM. Maybe for friends who do not have Stadia, they can give you one to many guest logins? I really think games should be playable simultaneously with those in your Google Family Group. What Stadia needs to do though is somehow allow family and friends to play with you using another screen, controller, and Chromecast Ultra OR from a PC with Chrome and on while they are on the same network/Google Home - without having to buy a separate instance of the game. Borderlands 3 is however a tremendously awesome game in every other way Tap the application switcher icon (usually on the square icon on the right side of the navigation bar), select the first application. Add more couch co-op mayhem with support for three- and four-player splitscreen for local multiplayer (Only available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series XS). Too much screen real estate is taken away for either player to really enjoy the game the way it is meant to be played. I think the co-op split-screen on Borderlands 3 for XBOX One is absolutely horrible.
